After an intensive search, and several encounters with other property managers, we came across Fairwood West. We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Tony and the group at Fairwood West Office Complex in Plymouth Township. Tony made the leasing process the easiest ever! We thought we had to jump through hoops but it all went quick and smooth. In short, he was always on our side working to make our leasing experience as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Tony was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding office space that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us.

We couldn’t have been happier when we found Fairwood West. The space works perfectly for us, and the owners were very accommodating. Our build-out was finished ahead of schedule and when circumstances caused us to move early, they let us use a vacant office for storage. S & S is wonderful about responding to our inquiries and just checking in to say Hello. We are also grateful for the ample parking. We are sincerely appreciative of our landlords, Angelo and Tony Spagnoli. They clearly take pride in their buildings and craftsmanship. Two thumbs up and a hearty recommendation!
